- Stronger Frame: Exposed liners replace the internally milled liners of the 1.0, creating a sturdier frame that stays stable during demanding cuts.
- Full Backspacer: A full aluminum backspacer replaces the open standoff construction, adding rigidity, keeping out debris, and giving the knife a more solid feel.
- Improved Lockup: Larger, thicker dual stop pins provide more stable blade lockup and better long-term durability under heavy use.
- More Traction: Dual jimping on the blade and new jimping at the front of the handle add grip and control in multiple hand positions.
