Description
The Mora 2000 has been a fixture in Scandinavian packs and hunting kits for more than thirty years. It earned that place by doing a bit of everything well: dressing and skinning game, trimming branches, carving, shelter building and camp cooking.
Its 109 mm blade is ground to a profile that is thicker at the spine and finer towards the edge, so it slices cleanly with little drag while staying strong enough for hard work. The steel is Swedish 12C27 stainless at 56.5 HRC, which keeps its edge, shrugs off moisture and is simple to touch up.
A finger guard and a soft TPE rubber surface on the contoured polymer handle keep your hand where it should be, even when it’s cold or wet. The polymer sheath works for left- or right-handed carry and hangs from a vegetable-tanned leather belt loop.
