The double edge open curve hook knife is an excellent tool for use in both pull and push carving, with a rounding diameter of 50 mm, making it suitable for making clean surface cuts on bowls and spoons with a large radius. The stainless steel blade has been optimised to make it run smoothly over the inside of the spoon or bowl. The improved edge bevels complete the blade giving you the finest carving experience.
