Knife Depot accepts returns on most items store wide except in certain cases listed below. All other returned items can be exchanged for a store credit or a refund if they meet the following criteria and we are notified within 30 days from date of purchase.
Return Criteria
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- The original packaging must also be undamaged, unmarked, and in resalable condition.
- All original tags, manuals, accessories, inserts, seals, and promotional items must be included.
- The product must not show signs of wear, installation, use, or alteration.
- The return request must be submitted within our approved return window.
- The Receipt of Purchase must included in the return package.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, may not be eligible for return.
Please note that failure to include the receipt of purchase will result in the item being returned to the sender.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for return postage costs and Knife Depot need to be notified within the 30 day period of a return or exchange. All items are inspected when returned and if the item does not meet the criteria above the return claim may be rejected. Please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the item before returning to ensure it meets the criteria.
We recommend returning products via registered post or tracked courier as it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item.
Please note that Special Order items are exempt from our 30 day return policy.
