The popular ZT 0562 now features a CPM-MagnaCut powdered steel blade. CPM-MagnaCut provides exceptional edge retention and outstanding corrosion resistance. The 0562MIC’s handle has a green canvas Micarta front scale and stonewashed titanium back. For secure lock up during use, ZT uses a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilisation.

The knife opens with a flipper and moves out of the handle on ZT’s smooth KVT ball-bearing opening system. The unique pocket clip is reversible (left/right) and enables extra-deep carry in the pocket.

CPM-Magnacut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas of Knife Steel Nerds, Magnacut is designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. Magnacut is an excellent all-purpose steel.
