This is a great product if you’re looking for a well made fixed angle sharpener from an established brand. It is expensive but if you have expensive knives they deserve to be sharpened well and consistently. I especially like the ability to set the angle in repeatable 0.25 degrees, which allows me to reprofile a blade then keep it at that angle forever.
