Take hunting adventures to the next level with the Kershaw fixed blade Deschutes Skinner. Its ergonomic handle is contoured for comfort while processing wild game. The polypropylene handle material adds durability, while an olive rubber overlay maximises grip, and the contoured shape is comfortable. Choke up on the finger choil and use the thumb ramp for even more control. The strong full-tang blade is D2 tool steel, which is sharp and long-lasting for even the toughest hunting jobs, and the stonewash finish helps hide usage scratches. It includes a moulded sheath for secure carry, with webbing slots, drainage hole, and removable belt strap.

1 review for Kershaw 1883 Deschutes Skinner – Fixed Blade

  1. Tony Carroll

Had this knife for about a month but not yet had chance to dress a Sambar(too hot).Ticks boxes straight out of box. Handle a good size for a M-L male hand. Blade about right for Sambar dressing. Blade D2 and sharp but not very sharp. Feels like D2 and not overly easy to get real sharp. Kydex sheath looks sturdy enough, has drain hole but need to use regularly for a year or so to see if it is sturdy. Webbing belt strap can be removed and I will remove. I will carry this knife in a pack. Made in China paid $129.95 but would not pay anymore.
Gave 4 stars as I have not yet actually used it.Needs to be reviewed at end of Sambar season
