The Manker PL11 is a versatile tactical penlight by Manker. The flashlight component is capable of producing 120 lumens, which is powered by either a 10180 rechargeable battery (which is included) or a 10440 battery. Opposite the light is the ceramic tip glass breaker. The lid can be removed to reveal a standard ink pen, which is protected by the aircraft grade aluminium lid, giving the pen an IPX-6 water proof rating.
